After nearly a year and a lot of personal adjustments, I am finally adding to my blog page with a short version of what the last year has been like on my end.
#1 I love the work that I do as a Massage Therapist and if there was any other way that I could have done this last year, please know, that speaking from my heart, I would have.
#2 I love my family and they occupy most of my heart, the rest of my heart has been filled with my second family of my super awesome clients!
Because of unexpected twists and turns in life, I've had to almost place my life in Corpus Christi on hold...just until Spring of 2020. Now, because I have been blessed with the best clients in the world, I make monthly trips back to Corpus Christi to continue my work there as a Massage Therapist and I am grateful that every single time I am there, I am always, always blessed with a full schedule.
I am thankfully blessed to have such heartist of people in my life and I cannot fully express enough how much everyone, at one time or another, have given me the courage and support to continue my work with my family of clients in addition to caring for my Granddaughters while my daughter serves her deployment in El Paso, TX.
Thank you all so much and many blessings to all of you!

Good Day to All!
I just wanted to share the idea of resistance and pain. I recently started attending meditations, at the Chapel of Spiritual Light and the topic of the evening was about how resistance is pain and vice versa. I thought about this over a period of time and realized that it matched the theme of a book written by Louise Hayes, titled, "Heal Your Body." This is just a couple of examples on the idea of how pain can represent a form of resistance in our bodies and the resistances we form in the areas of our bodies are representational fields that may need an overhaul or at least a considered one.
So, I challenge whoever reads this blog to think about how you can/could relate to the idea of resistance is pain and pain is resistance.
Have a Blessed Day!
Contemplate, Collaborate, and Create!

Water is a natural resource that is purifying in it's many forms; reaching through the depths of our thoughts with it's soothing melody when it falls. We can bring peace to our hearts just by listening to the sound of a waterfall. Give it a try and have a purifying day 💚
